Well, im doing my own research because i dont want to make the same mistake i made by just getting on depo without looking into it. Someone that was on depo and also bled a lot metioned that alesse help reduce the bleeding and spotting so im looking into that. This website is very helpful:

so far, here are the side effects of alesse –
depression, moodiness or irritability, headaches, breast soreness and weight gain (im very worried about this)

Another one im looking at is YAZ. This BCP is also used to treat PMS which is a good thing. These are the side effects:
·nausea and vomiting;
·breast tenderness or enlargement, enlargement of uterine fibroids;
·swelling of your hands or feet;
·darkened skin, especially on your face;
·changes in your menstrual periods;
·headache, migraine, dizziness, or fainting;
·problems with contact lenses;
·vaginal yeast infections
·depression.

Im also looking at IUDS. Specifically the one with hormones (mirena). the side effects are:
•breakthrough bleeding, spotting, or irregular menstrual cycle
•cramping, dizziness, or faintness while the device is inserted
