Well, i go to nordstrom at 4. I took the time to walk around the shoe department and to make a final check of my attire in the restroom and took a pic. I was feeling confident so i took the elevator to the customer service. The guy was in a meeting to i waited a while for him and there was another girl there to see him. Another girl came in after i did. I was the best dressed out of all 3.

I was the 2nd person he called in and he commented on the uniqueness of my 1st and last name. Nigerian and Italian. shrug
I signed a some papers which were printouts of the application i filled online. These are the questions i was asked:

What would you do in a situation where a customer was very upset?
-What would you do if you had a lot of things to do at the same time/.
-Give me an example of a situation where you had to be a leader
-Give me an example of a situation where a customer needed help and you helped them?

I think i gave some pretty good answers except one where my answer was vague
