My local news just mentioned her death and i got on the boards and got linked to CNN. Im in shock. Was it suicide? Or did she over dose on some of the drugs she looks
high from. I dont even know what to say. Her poor baby. So sad
So Ive been on Saheli for 7 weeks. w00t So far, Ive lost 5lbs. Another w00t!! And im trying my best to maintain it right now. I dont want to gain more or loss anything. So im expriencing hot flashes and umm….constipation. Gross i know
. Its not bad or anything. The hot flashes are cos its weird to sweat when the weather is so cold. i dont know if it will go away after a few months or not. Im trying to drink more orange juice for the constipation cos i read somewhere that it helps. Im not sure. A few people have also pointed out to me that im more emotional. Not crazy or psycho or moody like when i was on depo but more like crying. Like i get teary eyed and emotionally overwhelmed easily. I will try and keep track of that.
Im so thankful because my daily headaches have also stopped. Its more like bi-monthly now. My skin has definitely flared up so im battling that with Nature’s cure acne pills. I’m still on the look out for sharp pains in the sides, YI and VD—-no not veneral diseases. LOL)
